Internship Details

Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers, identify business opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to fulfill sales targets.
- Send business introduction emails, follow up with customers, and conduct feasibility studies while partnering closely with principal companies and sourcing vendors.
- Build and manage customer relationships with excellent support and services.
- Present fact-based insights and make recommendations to the sales team to inform critical customer requirements.

Skill Sets
- Basic understanding of SMB or midsized business operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with technology or marketing concepts is preferred.
- Basic experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, online shopping, and fulfillment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using online business tools, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and online project management tools is preferred.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks with attention to detail.
- Methodical and analytical mindset with the ability to approach problems effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Requirements & Requisites
- No prior professional experience required; however, an interest in B2B Sales, technology, or marketing is preferred.
- Ability to make cold calls and a results-driven approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to assist with initiatives and tasks with minimal oversight.
