Job Description:

  • Enterprise Account Management with focus on acquiring new accounts.
  • Focus on accomplishment of business targets through various activities like up-selling, cross selling, customer service delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales teams on Principle Company pertaining to product, documentation policy compliance for order closures.
  • Interface with Client & Internal Product Team, Solution Architects & Business Development Team for custom designing of solutions based on business requirements of customers
  • Develop & maintain productive business relationship with existing clients/ prospects
  • Work on cross/ up-selling activities to maximize revenue generation in existing accounts
  • Involved in analysis of total IT Hardware spends across mapped accounts, identification/ churning of competition accounts.
  • Contract Renewals based on client/ market requirements.
  • Maximize client satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and qualitative service delivery

Responsibilities:

  • This is a highly hands-on role where you are required reach out to customers, identify business opportunities & work closely with the sales team in fulfilling sales targets.
  • This role requires the BDM to send business introduction mails, follow ups with customers, conduct feasibility while partnering closely with our principal companies & sourcing vendors.
  • Highly capable in building & managing customer relationships with good support & services.
  • Present fact-based insights and make recommendations to the sales team to inform critical customer requirements.

Requirements & Requisites:

  • 4 years of relevant professional experience in B2B Sales in across industries such as Banking, Telecom, ITeS with hands-on experience with a high customer engaging role is preferred. 
  • Ability to make cold calls, results driven approach to problem solving with ability to work independently.
  • A good thinker, and strong communicator, verbal & written. 
  • Ability to drive initiatives end to end with minimal oversight. 

 Skill Sets:

  • 4 years of SMB or midsized business operations experience in a fast-growth environment
  • 4 years’ experience in a technology or marketing firm is preferred.
  • Proficient CRM experience is preferred
  • Understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, online shopping, and fulfilment preferred
  • Ability to use various online business tools, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and online project management tools preferred
  • Strong ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Methodical and analytical, ability to find into solutions
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Education: Graduate/Diploma/BE
